For any reason you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the service within 3 days.
We do not take checks, and please do not add tip to your credit card.
Minimum charge is $10.00
Appointment is required for all spa services.
We reserve the right to take the next customer if you arrive 10 minutes late for your appointment. You will able to wait for the next available nail tech. or other workers when you come in.
Please allow twenty-four hours notice in advance for your cancellation or scheduling appointment. Your promptness is appriciated.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificate. We also do not take expired gift certificate or coupon.
For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problem, or allergies that may affect your service.
In consideration of our customer, children visit only when receiving service.
You may return a product only if it's in original condition for store credit or exchange within 5 days of purchase with your receipt.
